Talks between 樱花动漫 and Universities UK (UUK) aimed at solving the current dispute over university pensions will take place on Tuesday (6 March) and Wednesday (7 March) under the auspices of .

樱花动漫 said it was pleased the talks were back on after UUK originally advised the union yesterday that it would not meet until Wednesday afternoon. and this morning talks were confirmed for 12pm today. The original Wednesday afternoon talks starting at 3:30pm also remain on.

樱花动漫 general secretary Sally Hunt said: 'We are pleased that UUK have belatedly agreed to come back to the negotiating table. Staff are losing money and students are feeling the impact of this disruptive action. We hope we can now sit down and try and find a resolution to the dispute. We remain committed to talks and to resolving this dispute, and we hope UUK are too.'
